    Wohlsen Construction, founded a 129 years ago, is a Top 400 ENR construction management firm with offices in five states and is currently seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator to help us build our brand awareness and expand our footprint in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Regions.

     

    Responsibilities

    What does a successful Regional Marketing Coordinator do on a daily basis?

    • Coordinate RFQ/P process and submission including written and graphic content
    • Prepare engaging presentations for client interviews.
    • Research and recommend advertising and sponsorship opportunities
    • Identify topics for public releases and social media
    • Compile award submissions for industry and trade associations
    • Develop brand and image materials and collateral, both internal and external

    Areas of Focus

    • Opportunity Submissions (aka qualifications, proposals, presentations)
    • Image and Brand Awareness
    • Ad & Sponsorship Coordination
    • Award Submissions

    How will you be measured?

    • Ability to effectively coordinate and produce opportunity submissions.
    • Ability to develop engaging content for client presentations.
    • Ability to recommend advertising/sponsorships to increase Wohlsen’s brand in the region(s).

    • Existing and prospective external clients, decision makers, and project partners.

    Our ideal candidate will possess:

    • The ideal candidate will have a 4-year college degree in marketing, public relations, or communications.
    • Five years related technical sales & marketing support experience.
    • Marketing certification, a plus
    • Proficient in Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Planner, Teams)
    • Proficient in graphic design, photo and video editing software including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Spark, Premier)
    • Demonstrates an understanding of marketing, business development, social media and public relations and has a working knowledge of the construction industry.
    • Basic knowledge of Cosential CRM software is desired but not required
    • Photography/video (portrait and architecture) skills desired, but not required.
    • Active in professional associations
    • Volunteer or community service
