    About Your Opportunity

    As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be a key player in our mission to improve the effectiveness of our key technology systems with the goal of helping our project teams increase efficiency and reduce risk on their construction projects.

    You will be responsible for leading the implementation, support, and documentation of our business application stack including ERP (CMiC), Bluebeam, ASTA, Fieldlens, and other technology systems (both industry and non-industry specific).

    You will take part in internal and external peer groups to help identify opportunities to expand system use while partnering with Operations leadership to define and deliver business system improvements.

    Responsibilities

    How You Will Contribute

    • Provide Tier II technical support to Wohlsen Teammates
    • Support ERP implementation activities
    • Create documentation for applications and processes
    • Offer general report writing and dashboard creation services
    • Tap into peer groups and engage with software vendors to help uncover opportunities for improvement in Wohlsen’s business processes
    • Create, update, and manage articles in the knowledgebase
    • Support deployment of business process improvements

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience with ERP support and implementation projects
    • 3+ years of experience with technology troubleshooting
    • 3+ years of experience in a customer service/help desk environment
    • Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office software, computer hardware, and mobile devices
    • Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for interaction with employees in all departments.

    Have a valid driver license to have transportation to support remote offices and job sites. When necessary, must be on call and work overtime and weekends. Must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
